I am passionate about empowering women to find life beyond fear, regret, devastation, and shame.
Growing up in Northern New Mexico, immersed in the rich tapestry of Native American tribes and Latin culture, I developed a profound connection to both Hispanic traditions and Native American spiritual beliefs. Native American spirituality teaches that life is a journey on earth, rooted in maintaining balance and equality with the universe. This worldview of harmony, respect for nature, and interconnectedness profoundly influences my coaching approach, fostering a sense of balance within the individual.
After college, I embraced entrepreneurship by running my own business, which inspired me to earn an MBA with an emphasis on marketing. For over twenty years, I thrived in corporate sales, understanding professional women's challenges in high-pressure environments.
During this time, I met my husband, a wonderful man who immigrated to the U.S. to study engineering. Together, we had a beautiful daughter. A pivotal life transition—navigating secondary infertility, relocating to Los Angeles, and changing careers—led me back to school to obtain an MA in Psychology. It was a secret dream I had for a long time but didn't think was within my reach.
As a multicultural women's career coach, I specialize in supporting diverse, amazing career women through life's complexities.
Trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy, Reiki, ADHD, mindfulness, holistic health practices, ecopsychology, and dream interpretation, I integrate holistic and culturally sensitive approaches to foster inner peace and personal growth. My unique blend of corporate experience and psychological expertise allows me to connect deeply with clients seeking balance, confidence, and fulfillment.
